Hi everyone! I am Emine, I'm a college student and a 21-year-old girl. And in the past, I ruined my skin due to the wrong diet and wrong make-up, especially in my teenage years. Also, it has worn me out mentally as well as physically. But over time, I have become healthier by taking care of my own health, and nutrition and using the right skincare products.  I'm sure there are many young girls and boys experiencing these problems right now, but relax, take a deep breath, and follow my advice carefully :)
